Marathon Row for Autism fundraiser: Jodi, Amanda, Brian H, Andy A, Carrie, Cory, Nicole and myself as team Row Hard or Row Home – 26th place of 78 teams, 2:00 min splits for 500 m and awesome teamwork!! After rowing 500 m for the 4th time, we decided to go 30 strokes/person jumping us 10 spots in the standings at the finish! And congratulations to Team Daybreakers! Awesome Row ladies and gentlemen! Before their rower crapped out on them electronically, they were in 24 place, last I saw!

22-something. 95#. Alternating TTB/KU rd 1 until some ripping, then leg lifts. Dubs slowed me down — 1 big set each round and then a bunch of flailing around with 3 or 4 at a time. Cleans actually felt pretty good — losing the fear of completely ungripping the bar when I jump under and get my elbows thru.
