Note for next time: It was hard but at no point did I feel like I was going to pass out or die so I don’t think I was working hard enough. And my gray shorts are not good for sit-ups ?

I strongly considered scaling the burpees before starting this WOD b/c I saw the 5:30AM times here and knew I wasn’t going to be anywhere close. Turned off the internal whining and did all the burpees, it took a long time, probably 22-25min (no timer), but I’m glad I did it.
