8 bike/10 row. DUA started at 20 and was 12 by the end…so much tripping over the rope

feel like i could have gotten 4/5 rx if my shoe stayed tied. Tie your shoes!

Could only keep 15 for 2 rds
Rounds 1,2, 7 Rx in between rounds 40 dubs and 12-15 cals
9-11 bike / 10-11 row / 30 dubs through 5 rounds until my back cramped up. Took it easy on the bike and row in rounds 6&7 and switched to 10 slamballs for dubs.
I got 11 on the bike in the 1st rd only and only 2x on the row so I’ll say 9/10/30.
Rds 1-3 rx; Rds 4-7 went 10/12/50. Next time have to do at least 12 on bike, but today it was the limiter for me. Quads and lungs just lit up after those first 3 rounds.
