WOD GUIDANCE & GOALS
Bodyweight Soul Crusher! Move at a steady pace on the burpees. Every set of 10, face a different direction and use that brief moment to take a breath before your next set. There is a 10 minute cap on the burpees. Do hollow rocks in sets of 10/15, taking small breaks between sets. For the squat complex, shake out your legs for :05-:10 every 25 reps, and face a new direction for the next set. Then for the finale, the push ups. Do small, smart sets with short breaks (5-10 reps at a time). Target 20 minutes.
