Great question and the answer is yes! This is an honor system anyway, so if you get a good workout on at home, on the road or visiting another box out of town, count it towards your 1 point!!!

3. Don’t usually eat fruits or vegetables (embarrassing)
Change
1. Eat vegetables with 2 meals per day
2. Eat 1 sweet per week plus 1 for my birthday. 1 glass wine Fri and Sat
3. Plan out meals 2x per week
Today is just about my 4 month Daybreak anniversary, and my first RX’ed WOD! Very SLOOOOW — 20:32, more than 3 minutes slower than last time, but 30lb heavier! All snatches in sets of 5 except for the first 10.
That is such a forced smile on my part. Right after “Wreck Bag” WOD. Took every ounce of my remaining strength not to dry heave in that picture.
