Newt / Jay (#55/#45) – 15:49… split both runs at 200M with the #55 DB.. on the last 200M Newt picked up the DB and turned on beast mode and was sprinting … unreal and impressive… must’a been the matching workout gear that even let me stay close to him on the run!!
It was the extra rest you gave me on the sit ups. Great Job!!!! Our matching outfits didn’t hurt either.
