BIG NEWS- At the end of the WOD I got my first Kipping Pull Up ( Five Months ) without a band.

Happy that I could do 5 rounds even with the scaling! Nutrition challenge going well with my partner Scott. But still having some sweet cravings! Any suggestions out there?

Put more fat in your diet. Try fruit with almond butter.
Try frozen grapes…..they’re like candy!
Also those sungold (grape) tomatoes. They are easy to pop right in your mouth too!

Barbara 49:05 Rx – so rough but saw some big improvements in these movements from over the past few weeks (Cindy & Murph)
PRed my pull ups at 11 and push ups are finally starting to feel strong again. Sit -ups are coming back slowly too. Ripped on last round of pull ups ( subbed 14 Ring Rows) and totally lost steam. Next time 🙂

Barbara: 41:10 in a 10/12/40/50 rep scheme. All movements Rx, just scaled the number to get ‘er done under the buzzer.
Barbara: 39:16?, 5 rds, 20 Jump Pull ups, 15 knee push ups, 40 sit ups, 40 squats.. Tried to do 20 push ups but form on the last 5 was really bad so kept to 15. Probably should have done 50 squats but… Happy w/my results.
