2 mile run – 15:42 PR. I have run this lake every summer since I was 13 and at 33 & 2 babies later I just PRed. Thank you daybreak!! So pumped, but it only lasted a few minutes because then I did a version of Mondays cash out. 10
Min DU and every mess up / 10 hollow rocks. I pretty much did 10
Min of hollow rocks and 86 DU. Bad bad. After that I did 5 min every :30 3 strict HSPU to two folded beach towels, and then 5 sets of 5 t2b.
Hoping to swim across the lake at some point today too.
