Got 15 in the first round…quickly dropped to sets of 5 and 6. Absolute shoulder burner.
“Stop and Stare” – timed out at 56 reps with one ab mat. Subbed 12 kettle bell swings for the dubs. First six minutes I used 53# and then switched to 35#. I have a tough time with HSPU and the combination of these two movements was brutal. Started with a set of 7 and then was doing sets of 3-4.

Stop and Stare: 0 Neither of these movement come easy to me! Need to practice. I may have had a couple of DU & HSH for max of 8 to 10 seconds. After WOD, I did manage to complete one HS with three AB Mat’s with four small pulses.

“Stop and Stare” 15:00 Cap. 48 HSPU, missed 12 DU’s. HSPU’s went fast, just couldn’t get a good rhythm with the Kipping. DU’s were a big improvement today.
13:49 RX. Got off to a good start with 14 in the first round. Slipped to some 8’s,7’s and 5’s and eventually 3’s at the end. Ouch!

50 pull-ups thanks to the M&Ms I didn’t turn down in the office today. (Couldn’t face more strict burpees – my pecs are screaming!)

Stop and Stare – 14:55 rx – thought it would be smooth sailing at 27 after first 3 rounds, but several rounds of 2s and 3s made it hard. Glad I finished, though. My arms were like zoodles when I was done!

Stop & stare – 28 HSPU at 15 min cap. This was pretty rough. DU were actually on today, so I’ll take it but HSPU failed fast. 1-8 1 ab mat kipping, 8-20 2 ab mats strict, 21-28 2 ab mats kipping.
