1 mile: 5:47. Really happy with this. Not sure on times for the rest, just moved and wasn’t concerned with speed after the first mile.

1:42
Run: 7:45, 5:58, 3:47, 1:53
Hardest part was getting the legs to move again after the rest. Not 100% positive, but am pretty sure this is a PR for the mile.
Run: 7:49 6:00 3:00 2:00? I was behind Bruce by 30 second on each round.. The run felt fast and fluid with good movement and solid lungs.. A little bad “80” Rock ” Journey & Bill Squier” helped push me forward.. I’m ready for Mondays 10K…..
Specialty Class- bench press
95#
Run: 6:22 / 5:30 / 3:46 / 1:26 – 6:22 is a 34 second PR. the 1:26 in the final round is a 2 second PR on a timed 400m. I’ll take it.
Dang! :34 sec – HELLS ya!!

7:41 and then I don’t remember the rest but that’s definitely a PR for me on the mile.
