13:45 (75# OHS).
I really need to spend some time focusing on improving OHS. It starts today.
11:02. push presses at 125# instead of OHS. no-repped myself on a couple presses that turned to jerks. hit the 20 ttb unbroken in the first round, which is actually the most ive ever done strung together. these were a goat when starting at daybreak and theyre starting to become a strength…atleast before my shoulders get smoked.

“You’ll Never Know” No clue on time. It is on the board. 75# OHS. Toes to bar were ugly. Need to work on them.
14:40 – 105# OHS [10/5; 8/4/3; 8/7] TTB coming along. I was able to string together a set of 8 to start each of the rounds and then they would fall apart and I was mixing in KTE in order to keep the kip. Need to keep working on all of these movements.
14:14 @ 95# – Started with 115# and pulled weight after the first round (in an attempt not to hurt myself). T2B were OK today, and I was still stringing together 4-5 at a time in round 3.

14:27 (I think) with 35# and some knees up instead of TTB because I was working on keeping the kip going. Cash out: 10 box jumps (20″) OTM for 10 minutes.
10:50 — all OHS unbroken, ttb (12+8,12+8, 10+5+3+1+1), rope climbs done legless and from seated
13:53 105#, worked on form, 10/5, 9/6 (did 4 to make sure I got depth, so kinda did 9/10) and 11/4.
#55 unbroken, they felt really solid. Prob could have added another 10. rx t2b

You’ll never know – 14:04 – combination of TTB (strung 5 together in 1st set) and hard knee-ups. OK on rope climbs. 35# overhead squats. By far my worst exercise – went very light due to some shoulder pain and some soreness when squatting.

You’ll Never Know -16:28 85# and seated rope climbs. Huge gain for me even snatching 85# up and then OHS felt really good for the first time in forever. 7,5,3/10,5/10,5 ohs – ttb went to the birds today, lost kip early and couldn’t get it back. Rope felt good. Overall pretty happy with OHS

Three little tears on my hands have reminded me all day of the awesome sensation of catching air for the first time on kipping swings- not to mention climbing a rope. Definitely not a skill I ever thought I would acquire in my life but thrilled to be in possession of it now…
