“Free Fallin” – 12:57 Rx. So I think this whole workout revolves around whether you emphasize arms or chest on the push ups. I fall squarely in the former camp and was crushed by the rope climb-to-pushup transition. I was down to sets of 2-3 by the end of every round.
13:45 – legless from a semi-stand (rather than from the floor) and one no-rep. Didn’t think I had them at all today, so fighting through them felt like a win. #jackhammer
Free falling – 12:25 (I think). First time ever attempting legless rope climb. Got one in warm up and round 1. Rounds 2-4 legless-ish, I may have resembled a seizing fish…..
Started on sit-ups.

Free Fallin 21:41 seated rope climb using legs. The first 45 push-ups were off toes (a few iffy ones) then had to drop to knees when I literally could not push myself up. Unfortunately they didn’t feel that much easier. So happy to have finished this one.
Free Fallin – 16:36 – 1 legless rope climb from standing. Rounds 2-4 legless from standing until top. Needed feet to reach for the top.
First time attempting legless so I’ll take it. Push-ups got really tough

Also got a practice legless climb done before the WOD
Push-ups were very hard in rounds 3 & 4, had to drop to knees for half of them (5 normal, 5 feet, repeat)
