Hey Mel – how do you run with the snow and ice? Are you using those wire things on the bottom of your sneakers? Does it bother or affect your stride?
yes, I used snow trax. Not too much of a difference, feels a bit heavy based on depth of snow. Love them!

Strict Press – 170# (5 lb. PR)
“Boots & Pants” – 1068 Rx (Best rhythm I’ve ever gotten into for pistols. I missed 4 attempts but was able to nail them on the next attempt. That 18m at the end was 1, maybe 2 pulls. Not a lot of time left over in this one.)

Airdyne 30 cal + 9 pistols w/ 5# plate
Bench — 135# (15# PR), Boots and Pants — 1020 (4:09 on the row — 1000m PR. Pistols were not on the rig for the first time — my only assist was a 10# plate under my heel, which is another PR. So a PR hat trick tonight. I’m feeling pretty pumped. I would say “pumped and jacked” but I don’t want to quote Pete Carroll. Not this weekend at least.)
