Thu 01.02: Regular Schedule Resumes. Kid’s Class at 4:30pm

News: Daybreak Adds Kids Classes!
We’ve just added kids classes to our schedule. Check out our Daybreak Kids page for all the details. We also welcome nationally accredited kids educator and instructor, Jenney Pascarelli, to the Daybreak Kids program and coaching staff.
Highlights of the program:
- What: Fitness-based fun, games and workouts
- Where: Daybreak CrossFit
- When: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30p – 5:30p
- How Much: $130 for a 10-class punch card (subsequent children receive 50% discount)
