With all the mods, my workout reads like a novel. 21:31 to do 6 handstands then 24 presses with 35#, followed by 6 pullups and 35 ring rows, then 50 box jumps on 24″, 45 toes to bar and 15 situps, and 70 painful burpees.

Rest day,,,,,,not. Marathon training. Needed to get a run in so went for 8 miles. Should have rested. Got it done but was not pretty or fun. Tank was empty at the first quarter mile. 3 points unless something goes wrong. Oh, maybe that is why the tank was empty Damn Blocks!

Two points. Home WOD today…50 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, 100 air squats. Zoned and ate well all day until cheat meal dinner. Cheat meal food wasn’t a deduction but I didn’t zone the quantities so that’s a deduction!

Downgrade me to one point. I had four screaming 7/8 year old girls sleep over at my house last night and their movie-viewing popcorn helped ease the pain. Half an hour until they go home…my ears hurt. Why must they SCREAM?
WOD today was brutal, but thanks to Marina, Mel, and Kelly for big time support during my last 25 burpees (it felt like those 25 turned into 1,000 !!). Got the whole thing done just under the wire at 24:14. Had to mix in 20 knee lifts instead of T2B otherwise everything else was as prescribed.
Zone today was really good, so 3 points for me!
