Brian, Rap and I had a challenge to do the entire WOD without ever letting the kettle bell hit the floor. We all accomplished the task and it absolutely kept us moving and not wasting time. What a grind. Loved it.

Away: 21:42 with 20# kb. Maybe a little light, but it kept me moving. Only way I could stay ahead of the RX boys at the 9:30.
Brought the hubby along for bring a friend.
Andrew: 24:50 with 53# kb for 1 round and 35# for rest.
He enjoyed himself. Thanks 9:30 for welcoming him so warmly. Maybe I can finally get him going to a box!
Away – 23:11 – Used 20# KB on rounds 1,3,4 for swings and 18 # on round 2; ran with 18# on 1&2 and 20 on 3&4 and air squats for rounds 2-4 (used 18# on round 1) – so basically I was all over the place for that one! I think I had 1 point for Thursday and planning for 3 points today
“Away” – 25:11 Rx. Definitely a big mental challenge. I think I’ll have two new bruises on the sides of my legs to add to the collection from holding the kettlebell during the run (walk)!

“Away” 19:55 Rx. 6:00am I pick things up & swing them, run, squat things, run and start again….. I’m born to run!! But, carrying a kettle bell running was a first…. Awesome workout!!! Mel, push me to hell and back when we have running drills.. This is my green light in life… I look forward to leading the pack (girls) maybe guy’s when we run… Have a great weekend!!!

Coached basketball for 2 hours and did about 30-45 mins of scrimmaging/ running around with the kids.
2 points. No workout today. I did get my first ring dips (no band!) when I was hacking around after photographing the noon class today. Very exciting! But I won’t dare ask for a point for this after seeing what everyone went through getting the WOD done. That was a tough one!
1 point for my last day at Big Sky. Travel day tomorrow – hoping to get a WOD in when we get home. Legs are pooped from 6 full days on the slopes. Can’t wait to get back to DCF!
