That sounds amazing and horrible at the same time.

Susan: 7:58 (65# power cleans & front squats, tricep pull downs, 35# Russian swings)

“Disarm” 12:35 45# Snatch, 35# OHS, 26#KB and Ring Dips w/ blue band (Dips were a hot mess) wasn’t able to adjust correctly.. And, 60 Burpee’s JUST for fun 🙂 Mel, Mel, Mel…. You got us good!
“Disarm” 11:48 (85# Snatches & OHS, KRD, 70# KBS) Ring Dips were horrible, had nothing, not sure you could call them Kipping. Tough WOD especially with those Burpees….
