12:10 – 125# / PUs and C2B. For a second this morning, 125# was my new snatch PR. Then 135# happened. Back down to 125# for the WOD. Heavy but worth it.

11:38 with RX weight but 3 bar muscle up attempts each round. I failed every single bar muscle up attempt, and continued to fail attempt after attempt for like 3 more minutes after the 11:38 mark. one day i’ll get them. i miss ring muscle ups.

Games 21-15-9 complex – 8:22 70# PU & C2B. Snatches still need practice and shoulder still strained a bit so kept weight on lighter side. Really want to practice getting the movement better this fall. PU & C2B felt good.

11:32. Modified to a 15-12-9 rep scheme across the board. All pull-ups strict with red band. Barbell movements were hang power cleans and hang power snatches at 75#, 8/7, 7/5, 5/4.
