Rds 1-5, 7-12 Rx. Rd 6 – mental breakdown did 15 du/5kbs/6burpee. After last rd of burpees, finished 15/5/6. I wrote on board Rx, I didn’t do Rx, someone please erase that for me.
Bike instead of jump rope, 5 rounds at 35kb and 5 rounds at 26 kb, 10 in-and-outs
Rx, not sure I could have gone much longer. Happy to keep the DU’s unbroken after a glitch on #5 in the first round.
Quickly scaled this down after the first couple rounds to 20 DU (most of these were unbroken!), 5 KB swings and 8 burpees. Wow did I want to stop after 4 minutes…

Un-Rx. 4 rounds Rx, then missed the KB in the 5th. 6-10 were 20/8/8. Tough one. It looked tough in print, and it was.
Don’t turn Around- 30 DU for rounds 1-7, 8th round did 20 and then the rest rounds 30 DU , 5 KBS at 35# didn’t want to kill my lower back and did all 12 burpees.
After round 3 I wanted to give up! Such a mental thing! So glad that was over!
Tough. 45 su’s/10 burpees
10 DUA/8 KB at 44# and 10 burpees. Did 10 KBs in 1st minute and 12 burpees in 2nd and 20th minutes. Didn’t count failures on dubs until later rounds (after I kept missing in 14th minute and couldn’t get to KBs that round). Battling fatigue and soreness today so I was happy with myself for moving the whole time – even if not exactly a lightning pace – and for not taking any burpee naps.

45 SU/18# – last to the KB rack, lots of strong people at the 6:30…it was the 18# or 40 something…happy with the 18!!/10 burpees 1st 5 rounds, 8 last 5 rounds
Rx. Didn’t always look at the clock but finished between 0:40 – 0:50 most rounds.
rx rd 1-10 then had to swap 6 cals on bike for burpees cuz of shoulder.
