Not my best Bar MU day. But…there was some positive.
The Good – Deadlifts @ 275# weren’t a train wreck. I was able to go 8,4 / 6,3 / 6 and my form wasn’t gross. This in itself is a win.
The Bad – Bar MU’s went bye bye in the last round. Very frustrating.
