WOD: Join us for a Team Massacre (WOD)! Sign up by Deadsday (Wed), Oct 28th at the front coffin (desk).
FOOD/DRINK: Cauldron-luck (Pot-Luck)!! On Massacre (WOD) sign up sheet, please indicate what scrumptious guts (meal), bones (sides) or fingernails (treats) you’ll be bringing.
FAMILY: Little beastlies (children) and significant ghouls (others) are welcome to hang out in the cemetery (lounge) during the massacre (WOD) then join in for the food and fun!
COSTUMES: Wear them! Not mandatory, but like last year you’ll pay a 20 burpee penalty without one!

15:08. 3 abs/air squats +15. Victory– down from 3 ab mats and 10# plate.
15:31 rx. all hspu straight. improvement from last time – about a minute slower but all pistols rather than half pistols/half air squats.

Train. Wreck. 18:42 with 50 pistols, 40-30-20-10 air squats and 25-10-7-5-3 HSPU to 1 abmat, half strict, half kipping because screw HSPU and screw my neck. When I was still on my 3rd or 4th HSPU of round 1 and folks were getting back on the wall after the 40 pistols, I figured I should probably modify some.
Um, that also means I actually showed up to the 5:30am class and the world didn’t implode.

17:36. Assisted pistols on the rig, 3abmat+5# plate for hspu. Spent a lot of time kicking up into handstands, and failing.
24:10 Rx. :24 better tahn last time. Hip flexor was hurting on right side so slow going on Pitsols. HSPUs – started each round with a set of 10, them mostly 5’s.
16:14 air squats (65/55/45/35/25) and GHDs instead of HSPU

13:09 Assisted Pistols for 50 and 25 of second set then knee decided otherwise. did 30 air squats to finish that set and then 45/35/25 air squats. HSPU’s 2abmats strict.
