That’ll teach me. Thought I had a PR in the bag in round 3. I could have sworn my previous time was in the 12’s and I consciously took my foot off the gas thinking I had more than enough time to PR. Total mental lapse on my part. Can’t think that way.

Hit up the fitness center at Moho for the first time. Too much to consider so just rowed 5k – 23:33 with almost all negative splits.
