2:17/2:43/2:58/2:40 Rx – Apparently I have an issue going from the rower to the rope. My row times were good, my runs were OK… 2nd – 4th round of DUs had a number of breaks which added unnecessary seconds… (just went and looked at last time… eerily consistent: 2:17/2:43/2:53/2:38)
