Majorly modified WOD today. 3 rounds of 50 step ups with 10# dumbells, 20 blue band pull-ups, 20 35# push press – 22:15. Back is a little whacked but this felt better than doing nothing. I’m excited to test out Bill’s go away for a week remedy. Happy Birthday Michelle and Pat!
