17:46 all jumps, HSPU from toes on a box with about 12 of them knee assisted on the way back up. Those were challenging!
17:57 (maybe 16:57) 26#KB, step ups and knees on box hspu. I felt like I was lying flat on the box by the end! My arms were toast!
