for me: (right shoulder kept me limited on HSPU)

13:04 strong sets of dubs but really struggled with HSPU. 2 ab mats to start then added a 10# plate. Tried sets of 3 then sets of 2/3. 3:35 1k.

13:21 HSPU from toes/box- 6 of them were pushed back up from knees. Mostly sets of 20-30 DUs and 4:00 row. Shoulders and arms in really rough shape today!

Kipping HSPU to the floor. Took a loooooong time (all singles after 20) but I’m glad I didn’t get psyched out by the clock and stuck it out

well that was long… 19:18 with 1 Abmat. All singles on HSPU and they took me forever but form is getting better I guess…
didn’t have time for endurance today but will get it some point this week.
excited for the rowing challenge… 1400 today.

15:09 – 25 DU Attempts – still can’t string two together. Finished with 275 Singles, 30 HSPU with Feet on Bench. 1k row was awesome. Loved the all out last 200 yards.
