4+8 with 125# and single-unders. First 3 cleans straight, then 35 individual lifts. Tried really hard to focus on pulling my butt back to drop/catch the barbell instead of going into the starfish pose. Pretty successful at that, and it helped me avoid dreaded barbell hickeys.

Taking it easy with weight today so I don’t strain my arm again. Form felt good.
