This WOD was a mental %#**%& for me.
Frustrated I had to use a band for CTB, WB’s seemed so slow & I couldn’t string my DU’s together to save my life. Think I woke up in a crunchy mood so everything was just off today. Bleh.

154 -as prescribed for 55+ women except I did C2B instead of the MU – about 9 attempts, got 4, one of which was solid. Very excited about getting all 100 DU in on this one and despite having only gotten C2B 3 weeks ago, I got a few in tonight. At about 5 minute mark finishing WB.
