23:50 Rx. 1 mile PR 7:41. Thanks TARA (who also PR’d at 7:30) for the push!! I do not recall running that fast since I was 15 for the HS 1 mile test. Last time I actually measured it was probably @ 8-10 mins. Lately I have been running solely for long distances on trails in the woods and not fast for time. Want to try this one again very soon.

I think 23:44? First mile 7:00, second 8:00. Not a PR but after a long break from consistent running, its better than I was expecting.

22:30 Rx – 7:19 for first mile . Not sure but probably PR. No idea what my 2nd mile was but I lost time tying my shoes and fumbling with my laces. Grrr
I thought I finished 23:13 but I finished after Michelle so I must of 23:33RX -7:49 for the 1st mile.
22:58, first run 7:31. Amazed. Out door at 15. Back to normal 8 for second :p
22 mins ish. 640 and 700 miles. “fast” on runs and supermans and slow on sit ups. Sit ups too slow.
