185. Mentally balked 3x at 190. Gotta figure out how to fit a hatch cycle in to my schedule.
i suggest taking a look at 5/3/1! front squat 1 day, back squat another day, maybe add a third day in if you have the time for deadlifts. quicker workout, aimed more at strength than volume.
