Last time 301 with mostly step ups. I also broke the PP after a few rounds last time.

I wrote on the whiteboard 243 but I think I only got 207 with step ups. I couldn’t remember if I was in my 5th or 6th round so, I’ll take the lesser.
238 Rx. Exactly 1 (one) more rep than last time. Improvement was really more in the movement (Press vs Jerk), which was a problem last time.

197 Rx (PR) !!! If I can get to linking more than 3 T2B at a time I’d pick up some serious time… this is a big improvement for me from last time, which was 183 @ 95# and a mix of T2B and knee ups… Great 12:30 crew and awesome motivation from Mel ! 🙂

176 – paced myself thru this because of my hip. Box jumps only to 20″ but I did all toes to bar which is a first for me in a WOD. 115# PP

PP unbroken. T2b were consistent sets of 5 and then 4 ugly ones. Need to get better at these in the later rounds. Had a few no reps. BJ were much faster when I started to rebound in round 3.

PP in sets of 7/5 until 5th round when I went 8/4. TTB all 3/3/3. Too much time looking at the barbell (even though it never felt too heavy) and the pullup bar.

150 at 45#. Jumped to box from 45 lb. plate then quickly added a 10. Jumping, even with help is way more taxing then stepping it! Did kipping legs up and on final round did leg lifts.
