“Party Up” – 35 C&J / 65 Cal / 68 Burpees / Total – 168 Rx
C&J felt HEAVY. Did a set of 7 out of the gate and then went to fast singles. Row was steady. (Zev absolutely destroyed it). Burpees were consistent.
Awesome job by everyone on 14.1 and good luck to any giving it another go today. Congrats to Russ finishing his first WOD Rx today and doing great on 14.1.
“Party Up” – 21 C&J / 91 Cal / 40 Burpees / Total – 152 Rx
spent by the time I got to the burpees. I’d like to try that one again.
Nice job Russ.
91 cal? That noise you heard was my jaw hitting my keyboard!
Dude… you have to help me on my row before my competition in April
Party Up: 23 C&J / 63 Cal / 42 Burpees – Total – 128 Rx – Zev, OUTSTANDING! 91 calories on the row seems impossible. Nice work!
This looks like a cool workout.
tortured myself with 14.1 again instead. I’m coughing up my lungs all over the office.
262 (14 rep improvement)… went with a plan and stuck to it. Happy
Here’s hoping for bar muscle ups and heavy shit for 14.2 (i’m dreaming… and I know it)
“Party up” 37, 51?, 53? 141 Rx
The only number I’m confident I got was the 37 CJ which got heavy fast. Jumped right into burpees not paying attention to my calories on the row which was a struggle after the CJ’s, not sure if I was at 40 or 50 with a minute left on the burpees but was able to bang out 10 more down the stretch….great workout, enjoyed this WOD.
C/j 30 row cal 60 burpee 52 =142
This was a good one really pushed myself the competition in April was really on my mind this whole WOD
This WOD had my 2 least fav things, rowing and burpees, but glad I did it.
39(55#)/42/33=113
I keep forgetting to ask and remember during the workout, then I’m too tired after to ask, when doing lifts what is the best/most efficient way to bring the bar back down? I’m not sure if I’m asking the question the right way or the right question, but I feel like I expend more energy than necessary resetting the bar. Does that make sense?
30, 56, 54 for 140 RX total
8 :/, 52, 84 rx
