Still feeling quads from earlier this week. Gave it my best this morning. Mu’s in WOD are getting better but I struggle w/ technique as I get tired. DL actually felt good. Good job 5:30!

Triple Sprint – 20:37 did 5,5,5,3 MU’s. Gotta love the ups and downs of CF, unbroken MU’s in rd 1, and couldn’t stop failing in rd’s 3 and 4.

I did not however do so well, feeling tired these days. Thanks to Kate for suggestions and encouragement after. LOVE Daybreak folks! And I did get a PR – my first (2!) sets of 10 Kipping PU’s straight! Now that was fun and overroad any sad thoughts of having not performed well the last 2 days. It’s the little things 🙂 But anyway, 18:53, 10 PU, 10 Jumping Ring Dips (those things are next on the list to tackle!), 10 deads @145#

Not sure best description of my MUAT, did the transition from floor without a band into a ring dip, used legs to help jump through transition.
DL’s 255# Rd 1&3 unbroken, Rd 2 went 6/4, lost my grip….
19:32 ; 7 PUs; 10 dips on feet ; DLs 115 x 10; Knee-Ups x15 in lieu of sit ups because of butt rash
Ted…. The Butt Rash is No Joke… I feel your pain.. It’s a right of passage in the CrossFit world ! Enjoy 🙁
19:03 – Rx!!! I am psyched. Strung 1st 2 MUs then all singles. No failed attempts. Unbroken on the DL. 12:30 class was awesome today.

“tripple sprint” 19:26 (I think) 185# 1 MU in rounds 1 & 2, then 5 fails each 3 & 4. Now up to 5 MU’s lifetime count.
5 pull-ups, 5 ring dips, 10 deadlifts (85#), 30 second plank, and 100/200/300/400m rows. Finished in 18:50. So far I’m feeling good, which is exciting because I HAD WEIGHT ON THE BARBELL TODAY!!
