OH squats 55#, 65#, 75#, 85#, 95#. First time jerking it up from my back, I tried for 105 but couldn’t get it all the way up. Cash out- somewhere between 40 and 50 ball slams.
95, 105, 115, 125 for 2 but not deep enough, 115, 95 (extra set to dial in depth) 90+ ball slams I lost count. OHS a tough movement for me. Needs work – esp shoulder mobility
