“Crew Love”
In Teams of 3 AMRAP 15:
20 Ring Rows
30 Ground to Overhead With a Plate (45/25)
40 Burpees
50 Sit Ups

*Athlete 1 will run 200 meters, while athlete 2 and 3 chip away at the work above (one person working at a time). When athlete 1 completes the 200 he/she will slap hands with athlete 2 then start chipping away at the workout. Then athlete 3 will do the same. This cycle will continue for 15 minutes and teams will try to complete as many rounds of the above work as possible.
