317 Rx. Only 81 reps round 3. DU’s were terrible all 3 rounds. Couldn’t get any movement going today. I think I’m still depressed over the pats loss…

Double unders saved me on this one. Tried to push from the beginning and hang on as long as possible in that first round. A bit of a drop off in the next round but was able to stay consistent into round three. No game plan just go.

141 Rx. Little number, big day. Used the 53# kb for the first time in a WOD and actually managed to get the most reps on it in round 3. Counted my double unders even though I probably got 8 max per round.

Daylight: 145, 145, 142, 35#KB (thanks to S Colket for the inspiration to go heavier), 45# FS (can do 55# but it felt too heavy and form was crap today for some reason), knee ups, single unders, knee push ups Overall not too happy with my performance. Most reps came from SU’s.
Started nutrition challenge today. Went well. Had donuts and brownies in the office and I wasn’t even tempted. Black coffee will be fine.
Way to go with the heavier KB! That’s your victory today…you should be very happy with your performance!
