Yup. Slept in and it was glorious.
34:47 Rx. 9:50/10:10/10:27 – deads all unbroken, kbs 18/7 x2 rd, 20/5 rd 3. I’m pretty sure I can walk faster than my last few 200m “runs.” That was a tough one, but going to be a nice sunny day for runs today.

34:28 Rx [9:53/10:15/10:20]. running from the back of the gym definitely added up – I agree with Manchester. made up time with the burpees. slow on everything else. 1st set of DLs unbroken, then 10/15, 11/4. KBS (15/10, 20/5, 15/10). next time need to be unbroken on the KBS.
31:58 with a mid-wod tweak to the calf on run after first round of burpees. Changed to 10 cals on the airdyne and step-ups for rd 2 and 3. I think it was 8:48, 9:22, and 9:48. DL’s 15,15, 10/5, KBS 25, 17/8, 20/5.

I’m not quite sure what was different for this one than the last time we did it. I posted 27:39 Rx in June 2014. Either I fat fingered it and the “2” should be a “3” or I may have taken out the rest. Regardless, 34:01 was my best effort today. That was a puke fest.

first time for this WOD, this combo of moves would have tore my Hammy to shreds last time.

32:51 — 9:11 / 10:01 / 9:39 (24″ step-ups, 155# DL, 44# kb) — focused today on consistent movement, breaking sets up as little as possible – I’ve gotten in a bad habit of stopping and resting way too much. Did ok – DLs — 10/5; 8/7; 10/5 and kbs 25; 16/9; 25.

Holy Moly this was tough. 11:40/14:05 2 rounds and made it thru the run after the deads RX. Last time I did this only 105#DL and 26# KB. I’ll take it 🙂

At 35 minutes I finished the 3rd round of burpees. I did 150 meter row, #105 DB, 26lb kb. Did 11:00/12:25/12:35.
