30 min cap 45#/dubs/rope climbs w legs & attempts – (7/10). Last rope climb I just couldn’t get. Rope was too high on my foot/ankle.

Huff and puff and I couldn’t, even if my life depended on it, blow the house down…completed 7 rounds, came inside to complete round 8 sans farmers carry – due to humidity and a lawnmower – frustrating when I can’t catch my breath but on the #pursuebetter side of life I did all the rope climbs (legs included) and multiple sets of DU with a single in between each. Been working on DU for 2 years now and very close to DU nirvana!! Would love to have another shot at this WOD!!
