For my notes: over a min PR. unbroken first dubs, rds 1-3 straight, rds 4-5 broken after deads. Dropped all from last jerk. a few flubs to start second dubs, then ~4 sets of 20-30.
13:20 Rx. This was harder than I expected. My grip is shot which slowed me down on the barbell work. Cash in dubs went slow but cash out dubs I was able to string together big sets.
