Coaches will help you work up to 75-80% of your 1 rep max snatch and hold that same weight across for 5 sets. Your goal today is to keep reps FAST and SNAPPY! For the metcon, use 70% of what you did for the strength. Or, choose a weight that you can do 5 snatches in a row. Target 5 minutes.
