WOD Guidance & Goals:
With no clock, do 4 rounds of 12 barbell curls (or db curls) then a 400 meter run. After the fourth round,  do 4 rounds of 12 skull crushers (holding one end of the db with both hands) then a 400 meter run. After 4 rounds, do 15 barbell sit ups. See video for movement details.
