1:09 on the run. pulled my quad pretty bad on the first straightaway, and im pretty frustrated with that. still havent fully recovered from last monday’s sprinting, or triple 2’s, so this was painful for me
Had to do ring rows to try to rest a shoulder injury so 14 horizontal RR’s with a bench. Like Jason, pulled my quad right at the start so slow 400m at 1:20. These injuries are frustrating.
“Pull Ups and a Run”– 2 Yes I did Two not a typo.. LOL Gotta start somewhere.. I had a .25/with a running man kick but dropped to the ground… Let’s just move on, RUN- 1:40
Two PRs for me today. Doubled my pull-up pr and cut :15 off of my 400m run. Sara pushed me hard on the run. Definitely wouldnt have run that fast without her. Lots of fast times today. Amazing job 9:30!

Excited about these 2 PRs today! Previous PU max was 11 and not sure if I had a 400m time but I know this is my fastest. Thanks to Michele because there is no way I would have continued to push without her to chase!!
I want to thank Michelle for breaking down the kipping PU for the 8:30. Excellent cues made for serious understanding and progress! Makes me want to try again next time I’m in – that’s saying something….

Had a tough time linking the KPU’s, got a couple sets of three in the middle but most of the KPU’s were hanging and my grip just went. Definitely feel like I had another handful in me…
Tri: 3hr ride 45mi
Gymnastics: 30 pistols for time 4:22 green band assisted / 5min of push ups on the :30 – first two rds 5 then 4’s
Max pull ups: 6 kipping (6 less than old max. First time on rig in over a month)
400: 1:19 wayy off PB
First attempt 62 reps then had a tape malfunction. Second try with no tape hand ripped at 57. I will be doing this one again with Rap next week. 400m 1:03. knee is hurting today from that.
PU’s: 28

Disappointed with 31 KPU’s and 1:11 run, neither are PR’s. Maybe if I stop slacking on making into the gym I would PR something for once, lol!

22 KPU/1:19 400 meter. Looking to improve on both, but still happy with performance.
25 / 1:18. disappointed with both.
ONE, yup, one assisted pull-up. and 1:45 run. Ready to work to significantly improve both
Max Pull up-27 400m-1:15 This is what I had to day, If I could have done more I would have.
