“So There I Was” 4 rounds RX. Nothing like kbs and burpee over the box jumps at 5:30am to kick off the weekend. It was tough to pick that kettle bell up after those burpees!

“So There I Was” 2+37 I forgot to add the KB Swings on the board for the last round…. I found this WOD to be easy but changeling at the same time. I became a little dizzy after the burpee and needed to stop the spin before the jump up to the box… I was told this was normal.. Thank you Sara- loved the soft box it saved my ass a couple of time.

Worked on coed partner comp for next Sunday at CF Reach. At CF EXP
15 min AMRAP
150 WBs. Went 20/35/20/30/20/25 – I did the bigger sets
80 TTB while partner hanged. 5/5 each time. (Good call Mel)
60 KB swings 70# and 53#. 14/10/13/10/13 – I did the 3 big sets.
40 box jumps over 24/20. Split even. 20/20
20 DLs. 255# and 175#. Partner has to hold in finish position while other works. We got through 10 and capped.
Good first run. I think we can get back to WBs with a few tweaks.

Slammed my shin about 17 box jumps into the first round. Had to take a few minutes to regroup. Sara- I may need your box next time!
