Squats unbroken. Need to get the kipping T2B to be consistent. Sam definitely kept me getting back on the bar every round (thank you!). Happy with DUs (40/10, 35/15, 25/25). Off to the Cape tonight. See you Monday.
12:45 – highly modified. push press w/ 135# for the squats (unbroken), T2B (did my best to kip the first two rounds but lost it quick), 35# KBS for the dubs (unbroken). talk about a forearm killer.

Great WOD for me today, needed to scale after a long week and would of had to anyways. All FS unbroken. Linked all T2B first round, 7/7 second round and then 5/3/1’s last round. All progress along with the DU’s, still too many stalls but has some good sets, hit 31 DU’s in the second round (previous best was 25/26?)…

8:41 RX. Fired up about this! First two sets of squats were unbroken. 5 and 2 on the last set. Thought I was done after 5 reps. Had to pick it back up for 2 more… Dumb mistake. Nooners killed it as always!! Thanks for the motivation guys!
