11.5: 131 Rx.

Normally not a WOD I would choose to Rx because 100# cleans are pretty heavy for me and I have to do them as singles from go. But, being an AMRAP, it was a good place to try it out as prescribed. Also, with the Open coming up, I wanted to get used to the heavier barbell and wall ball. Glad I did it this way because I felt pretty accomplished getting that 100# up 25 times!

Great WOD trying to keep up w/ Rap & Greg. Really good crew at 5:30, even though it took us a few minutes to warm up.

11.5 – 213 Rx. Hadn’t planned to do Rx, but got the push from Zev and Brian. Glad I did. Not a huge number, but I need to be lifting more weight.
