Huge 5:30 class today. Great energy!
20:17 Rx (This is roughly a 2:30 PR. When we did this in December, I was 23:0??). This time, I allowed myself 4 minutes per movement. I figured if I was able to do this, I’d finish in 20:00. Also figured that the 800m row wouldn’t take 4 minutes, but that would give me some extra time on the front and back sets of C&J. I held that pace thru the 800m row, but just couldn’t hold it thru that second set of C&J coupled w/ that last 1000 row. Something to shoot for next time! Progress… 🙂

18:52 rx. need to get more efficient with the row. the last 1k was the sloppiest row i think ive ever done. didnt help that i couldnt grip the rower handle anymore – too much sweat. actually had to bring my grip in close and stick my thumbs through the handle in the middle…
“Behold” – 27:45 Rx. did it last time in 23:22 with 135#. pleased to have done it Rx – was sweating so much I had to keep drying off the bar and my hands which slowed me down. have to start bringing in a towel. was quick on the rows (under 7 minute 2k pace for all three legs) just need to speed up the C&Js. great work by the 5:30am crew
530am was on FIRE this morning– heck of a job crew! no better way to start the day!

Was shooting for sub 20 minutes, held the pace I wanted during movements, too much down time in between. Pleased with this but not the C&J’s in 90 degree heat….

“Behold”: 22:30 Rx. Doing this Rx was a reach. I did this in December at 95#. Tried to keep to sets of 5/6 fast singles, but round two came apart with 4 no-reps to be repeated and my sets decreasing. All in all, though, I’m pretty happy with the result. I did the Dec wod in 19:00, so big increase in weights only cost me 3-ish minutes.

When I saw the poat last nigt I got really excited because I love the movements, but I’m glad I decided to hold off today – the wibd was BRUTAL! Def gonna get after Behold this weekend.

I liked this WOD!! I’ve been sick all week and went light on the weight. Could have definitely done heavier but I needed to sweat the “sick” out of me first. I think the pre-WOD running is helping with the asthma too. Felt like I had a bit more endurance tonight. Nice job 6:30!!
late to the party on this one — decided to hit it this morning because as much as my mind was saying ‘yes’ yesterday my body said ‘no’ and I am finally learning to listen to my body.. win!
