  • Monday 11/23 – Regular Schedule. EXCEPT No Endurance
  • Tuesday 11/24 – Regular Schedule. EXCEPT No Barbell
  • Wednesday 11/25 – 5:30a, 8:30a, 9:30a, 12:30p and 5:30p. No 6:30p or Yoga
  • Thursday 11/26 – ONE class at 8am. Beer mile (or cider, seltzer, water,etc.) to follow! Watch THIS
