At 30 min: 24″ step ups/jumping pull ups/ lunges/GHD/banded good mornings/ squats with 20# smash ball + 75 cal bike. I think I was at 50 c bike at 26:04 but kept going since I had to skip some of the arm movements.

29:53 – mostly RX. Those 20lb wb to 10ft are TORTURE for trolls. Sigh. So even though I used the 20# wb, I prob didn’t hit the wall or get high enough around 10x. I did the k2e as prescribed for the first time I think ever (I learned at daybreak that knees to triceps isn’t really a thing – who knew?!). Great job 530!

Loved this work out!!! Burpees were a killer, totally slowed me down. 18 # KB, 10 # WB. Finished my last DU (100 single jumps) after the time cut off, not sure of the time. I’ll finish next time.

At 30:00 I had complete step ups,26lb KB, 35lb pp, no weight for gm, 6lb wall ball (9 before back went out, finished with 10 burpees. An improvement from last time…
