  • #3goalstobetter CLINIC: Our first clinic in the series of twelve is the NUTRITION CLINIC  on SUNDAY, JAN 31 at 9:00a during Open Gym (which will still take place 9:00-11:00a). We’ll cover food quality, eating the correct quantity and making manageable/realistic changes to your nutrition regime to reach your fitness goals . We’ll also announce the details of our upcoming Nutrition Challenge… get ready to get FIT! This clinic is FREE to members!
  • INDOOR ERG EVENT: Our resident rower, Andy S., forwarded us this cool indoor erg event happening in our backyard up in Acton, MA. Bromfield AB rowing is sponsoring the ERGZILLA indoor 2,000m erg race on February 7th, and they even have Masters categories. The location is in Acton so it’s close to Daybreak. This is simply the 2,000 meter row you know and love on the same erg we use in the gym.
