7/37/83/39 = 166 RX – the 7 represents the total successful DU….obviously more tries than successes – kept the row avg at 1:58. Respiratory system still recovering from that brutal cold/sinus Infection. Totally thrilled that I have now done two RX WODs in the last month or so…been a long time chasing all you strong ladies of DCF…and I will continue to #pursuebetter! The women at DCF rock!! …guys too 🙂
